MEET OUR TEAM
I started Response Mortgage Services in June 2005 following on from a period of being a Financial Adviser for one of the large national insurance companies. At Response Mortgage Services we have always had the ethos that customer service is key to our success and this is still our major strength. I am lucky to have a great team of staff around me who are all at the top of their game. I look to personally get involved with all kinds of financial enquiries, (normal residential mortgages, buy to let mortgages, Equity release mortgages, Commercial & development finance). Away from work I enjoy playing 5 a side football (not as competitive today as a few years ago though !!), also the odd round of golf is not uncommon. I am married to Lesley and have 3 young children to keep me busy.
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
I started as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser in 2014, following on from a role as an Advance Specialist in banking at HSBC.
To enhance my work prospects, I successfully completed training with Reeds Rains, Estate Agency resulting in me becoming a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Within a short period, I was honoured to receive recognition for protecting my clients through comprehensive cover that tailored their personal needs.
My passion and enthusiasm, allows me to provide an excellent service for the clients here at Response Mortgages.
Away from the office I like to spend time with family. As a newly wed and an aunt to my new born niece my evenings and weekends are full of excitement.
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
I have worked in the financial services industry since 2006, gaining my CeMAP Qualification in 2009. I have worked as a Mortgage Consultant in 2 of the UKs largest Building Societies and more recently becoming a successful Mortgage Broker.
As the newest addition to the Response Mortgages Team I look forward to bringing all of the experience I have gained over the last 12 years to help even more Clients move home, buy their first home or to save money by remortgaging. I am passionate about providing fantastic customer service and ensuring that all of my Clients receive a tailored, personal service.
As well as spending time with family and friends, in my free time I attend numerous festivals and live music events and I am also a keen theatre-goer.
I joined Response Mortgage Services in 2013 after taking 5 years out of the Financial Services Industry to bring up my wonderful daughter.
Prior to this I worked as an Independent Mortgage Advisor, holding the recognised CeMAP mortgage qualification.
Having never lost the “mortgage bug”, my role as part-time Mortgage Para-planner here at Response gives me the best of both worlds, working in an environment I love, but more importantly enabling me to still do the school runs and after school activities!
I am happily married and in my leisure time I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
I have been in the financial industry for 18 years, having gained my qualifications in financial planning whilst working as a paraplanner for a pensions and investment company. Later I decided to study and obtain my exams to become a mortgage adviser and worked as an adviser for 6 years within an estate agent. As from February 2017 I now work as a Paraplanner here for Response Mortgages.
I am a keen runner and run marathons each year in different parts of the world.
I have been working in financial services since graduating from University in 2009. I worked for TSB Bank for 6 years, where I began as a sales advisor before progressing to a Bank Manager. I have experience both managing a sales team in a mortgage and protection environment, but more recently overseeing the whole experience for customers from an operational point of view.
My passion lies with ensuring that right outcomes are met for all customers, but also ensuring that this is done in a timely, efficient and compliant manner.
I am engaged to be married in the not too distant future, and in my spare time I enjoy a range of sports, mainly cricket, rugby and football.
A financial services professional with an Economics degree and membership with the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, my previous ‘square mile’ roles within international private banking, investment portfolio management and as a Banking Officer, brings a wealth of experience spanning more than 20 years.
Whilst supporting the efficient functioning of Response Mortgages office operations, I’m looking forward to achieving organisational objectives as a team.
Married with three children, I enjoy family vacations, genealogy, yoga, voluntary work and more recently interests in the health and wellness industry
